Do I need to already be flexible?

Not at all. Flexibility and mobility training are designed to meet you where you are today. April personalizes your sessions based on your current abilities and gradually helps you improve.

What's the difference between flexibility and mobility?

Flexibility generally refers to how well your muscles can lengthen, while mobility involves how effectively and comfortably your joints and body move through a range of motion. April works on both to help improve overall movement.

Is mobility training only for older adults?

No. Mobility is important at every age. April works with adults who want to stay active, improve athletic movement, address stiffness, return to activity, or maintain their independence as they age.

Can I participate if I have an injury or physical limitation?

Your program is personalized around your abilities and limitations. If you have an injury, medical condition, or are recovering from surgery, April may ask you to obtain clearance or guidance from your healthcare provider before beginning.

Can I do flexibility and mobility training virtually?

Yes. April can provide personalized virtual sessions, allowing clients throughout the U.S. and internationally to work on mobility, flexibility, strength, and healthy movement from home.
